Level access doesn't work in Membership plugin

Hi everybody,

I hope you are well today.

I have a problem with the membership plugin.
I have à WP network : http://www.journalduterritoire.info
I created 2 sites : http://www.journalduterritoire.info/59-solesmois and http://www.journalduterritoire.info/59-valenciennois
The 2nd one was made with Blog Template plugin from the 1st one.

I have 2 levels access : one for people that want to post comment (free level), one for people that want to write post, manage media and comments on their post and manage their profile.
On the 2nd one (paid level), I have 5 different subscriptions.

The 2nd level is is working correctly on the 1st site (people can post).
On the 2nd one (with the same configuration), they can't .
In the dashboard I have just the following menu : Home / My sites and that's all!
No post and media menu.

What could be the problem ?
Is there someone to help me ?

Thanks

    Hey Didier,

    Hope you're doing well today!

So it is only the site that was created with the blog template that isn't working correctly? This could be due to the database files.

Can you go to Membership > Options > Advanced. Then verify the tables and make sure they are all "OK"? and if not, then repair them

If that's not it. Then can you try deactivating Membership on the new blog template, then activating it once you have it all setup on your new site and see if it's working properly?

Look forward to hearing back here Didier! Let me know if I'm missing anything here.

    Cheers,
    Tyler

    Hi Tyler,
    Thanks for your message.

    1st point

So it is only the site that was created with the blog template that isn't working correctly?

Yes, just the new blog has the problem.

    2nd point

Can you go to Membership > Options > Advanced. Then verify the tables and make sure they are all "OK"? and if not, then repair them

I did it yesterday, I did it again now : no change, I have always the same problem

If that's not it. Then can you try deactivating Membership on the new blog template, then activating it once you have it all setup on your new site and see if it's working properly?

I desactivated the Membership plugin. I had a look to the user list : I configured the member as an Author, I reactivated the membership plugin...
It seems that all is working now.
I continue to make some trials

    Thanks again
