Link In Support Plugin Not Correct?

I'm using the SUpport System plugin and it's working great, except when I reply to a ticket, the link in the users email isn't clickable and it looks as if it s leaving off their domain. For example:

Please log into your site and visit the support page to reply to this ticket, if needed.

Visit:

/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=single-ticket-manager&tid=4

to reply to this ticket, if needed.

I would assume that's not the way it should be ( or is it??). If not, any ideas how to fix this issue?
