Little Help with Wordpress Admin Bar

Hello guys!

I´m doing some changes to the WP admin bar. To keep the modifications I´m running, I installed the Blue Admin Bar plugin and I´m modifying it.

The main modification I want to do is to increase adminbar height, but when I do this, the admin bar covers the wordpress menu itens.

What do I have to do to increase admin bar height as much as I want and do not cover menu itens?

The peace of the code that controls admin bar height in the plugin CSS is:

#wpadminbar,
#wpadminbar .quicklinks a,
#wpadminbar .quicklinks .ab-empty-item,
#wpadminbar .shortlink-input
#wp-admin-bar-updates>.ab-item .ab-icon  {
	height: 32px;
}

As you can see, I´ve already increased adminbar height from 28px to 32px, but I got the visual of the screenshot attached.

I tried to do this:

#wpadminbar,
#wpadminbar .quicklinks a,
#wpadminbar .quicklinks .ab-empty-item,
#wpadminbar .shortlink-input
#wp-admin-bar-updates>.ab-item .ab-icon  {
	height: 32px;
        margin-bottom: 10px;
}

But anything happened...

Can you help me guys?

Thanks

Derek
