Loaded the support plugin. Have set the Q&A categories.

Loaded the support plugin.
Have set the Q&A categories.
Have set the Ticket categories.
Have loaded a couple of sample Q&A items.

So how do I show the support system to users ?

Your documentation says
Once you’re in the wp-admin of your test site (or as your test user on a single site), head on down to Support > FAQ. There you will see a view much like the previous image. Click on any of your test FAQs to toggle open the answer. Any time you add new FAQs, they will appear on this screen of every site in your network.
I don't see it. My WP-admin panel shows Ticket Categoris/FAQ manager/FAQ categories/settings

Can't see any shortcodes to use to create a page.

So

(1) how do I show my Q&A content on a page
(2) how do i show the tickets on a page
(3) why am i not seeing anything like your documentation suggests ?

I'm using genesis enterprise pro theme.
