made payment and still asking me to upgrade

I needed to upgrade my account so I could update my plugins on my site. Now that I updated my account the dashboard will not let me update any of my plugins its still asking me to upgrade

    How are you?

    I see you have a full account from posting here, I wonder if somehow you maybe have a second account with no membership. Sometimes this happens.

    Can you please go to:

    Admin –> Network Admin (if applicable) –> WPMU DEV Dashboard –> Manage

    Then click on Edit next to the API key, this will prompt you to log in again. Use your active account details, you should then be able to use the Dashboard plugin freely.

    Let me know how that goes, if it doesn’t work please can you please send in:

    – Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Timothy Bowers

    – Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.

    – Link back to this thread

    – Include admin/network access

    – Include FTP

    – Include any relevant URLS for your site

    On the contact form, select “I have a different question“, this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.
