"Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" error with every mail

Every time i try to send out emails from the Mass Email Sender plugin, i get an error email back, from every mail the Mass Email Sender has sent the mails to.

Here’s a copy of the mail:

So if we send out about 1000 emails to all of our users, then we will get 1000 emails back saying the “Mail delevery failed”. The only mail that seems to get thru, is the one to our own mail address: info@bloggerspoint.dk

    Hey Mathias,

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question.

The error you’re getting means that your server decided not to send e-mails because too many of them (per hour) are being “bounced”/”faulty”. There are usually limitations on a server side and the reason is spam prevention.

Here’s a great explanation, so you may want to take a look:

To fix it, please follow these steps:

    1. Check your server management panel for any e-mail related settings. Some panels allow you to setup limits (like the number of e-mails send per hour, “spam filters sensitivity” etc) – try to adjust it to allow more e-mails and more errors before blocking.

    2. If there’s no such settings, please try to consult with your hosting provider.

    3. Ask your hosting provider to empty an e-mail queue for you (on a server)

    4. If it still doesn’t help try switching to sending e-mail over SMTP. This plugin should be of help:

Let me know if it helped!

    Hey Mathias!

    Thank you for this information.

so i guess i just should contact my VPS-provider?

Yes, that would be great. Ask them please about any e-mail related limitations and filter settings. I think they should be able to solve the issue or at least give us a clue on why this is happening.

Let me know please about their replay!

Thank NAME, for their help.

Let NAME know exactly why they deserved these points.
