Make emails after paypal payment go to pending?

Hi There,

At present the current system allows you to send a pending email to the admin after the client makes the booking. The admin then confirms it manually.

With taking Paypal payment, this option is not possible and auto confirmation is sent once payment is confirmed.

How can I make it so once the payment is confirmed it sends a pending email to admin asking them to confirm manually? I still want admin to confirm the appointment manually before any confirmation is sent to the customer.

    Hello there @Paul,

    I don't think that this is possible out of the box, and that's only because it's not good practice.
    When someone pays, they have an appointment.
    They can't just pay for it and have it as "pending" because that would mean that they just paid for the possibility of an appointment, when in fact they paid for the certainty of an appointment!
    If that were to happen and you just declined the appointment, you'd have to manually refund your clients every single time that happens.
