Making support (FAQs) open to non logged in users

Hello,

I am using the support plugin for me website. The functionality of it is great. However, I would like to allow non-logged in users the ability to read the FAQs and submit a ticket. Is this possible?

On another note I love the ‘got a question’ pop up you have on your site – is this a plugin of yours and if so what is it called?

To allow visitors access to FAQ page, add following code in functions.php file of your theme or use mu-plugin.
```
add_filter( 'support_system_user_can', 'support_system_user_can_cb' );

function support_system_user_can_cb() {

return true;

}
```
I am afraid, right now only user who are logged in can submit the ticket.

For side question, you mean the popup you used to ask question here in forum ? If yes then its a custom made PopUp by our developers. However we do have PopUp pro plugin that can you try.
