Making sure chat issues were escalated after disconnection


I was in chat with Rupok for an hour when we were disconnected.

After verifying it himself, he was in the process of forwarding an issue with coursepress to the developers (all units of course locked for students).

There was also an issue with the same site not redirecting to the mapped domain.

I want to make sure both issues have been escalated.

    As we discussed in chat, the issue was your site specific. So without working access to your site, we can't troubleshoot the issue. And I was waiting for the working credentials when the chat dropped. That's why the tickets were not done that time.

    However, I'm glad that you understood it over chat and now we have working credentials. I'll move forward things from this point as per our chat discussion.
