    Hello Matt
I hope you are doing great today

I tried accessing the Network dashboard "wp-admin/network/" of you multisite but I'm getting ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Please let me know if you installed a plugin recently or made any changes that might affect the network dashboard, If you are not sure please take some time to run a plugin conflict test, or let us know if it's possible for us to perform it

The simplest way to perform a plugin conflict test:
    * Login to your site via FTP
    * Navigate to wp-content
    * Rename the plugins folder to _plugins
    * Move the plugin folder (ex: membership) you want to test from _plugins to plugins
    * Then, one at a time, move other plugin folders over from _plugins to plugins until the symptom returns

NOTE: While you are doing this, do not visit WP Admin -> Plugins on your site. This will ensure that your plugins remain active when you copy them back over.

    Hi Majid,

I'm afraid that was just poor timing on my part, I was trying to resolve another issue simultaneously and the back end was inaccessible when you checked it.

That problem has been resolved but unfortunately I still can't use either snapshot or smartcrawl on this site. Both tests are timing out and failing to complete, I have other sites on the same host with similar settings which are working without issues.

    Hoping you can assist,

    Hello there Matt,

I've made couple more efforts on this, after adding some more Snapshot related defines in wp-config.php file, but the 504 Timeout error still comes up.

First, I'd like to mention that this may be coming from the limit of the max_execution_time variable in PHP, which can't be increased more than 120 (Snapshot requires 150), due to a limitation of the shared server you're using.

Still, I'd like to exclude the possibility of a conflict with a plugin/theme, so I'd like you, if possible, to create a staging environment of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database. As our plugin can't obviously help you on this now and the Staging module in your cPanel can't work, unless you upgrade your hosting plan, you should create this duplicated installation manually, by creating a new subdomain, copying/pasting all files in there, then create a new database and import there an export of live DB. Finally, you should update the new subdomain to be set as site URL by editing wp-config.php as shown here:

After doing so, you can try to deactivate all plugins, apart from WPMUDEV Dashboard and Snapshot, and try to run Managed Backups again.

    Looking forward for your feedback!
    Warm regards,
