    Hi Wei

    Sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

    I updated the Snapshot codes on wp-config.php file.

    Using only

    /* Snapshot Settings */
    define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 10);
    define('SNAPSHOT_TABLESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 100);
    define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_LARGE_FILE_SIZE', 104857600); // skip files over 100mb

    I'm running a new backup and didn't have the Other kinds of error message.
    However, I will also schedule a backup, to confirm that it will run, and update the thread when the backup is completed.

    Best Regards

    Hi Patrick,
    Thanks for the help. When I check this morning, the backup was still running and not completed. I cancelled it and tried again. But it runs extremely slow. It's only a small website. Could you help to check?
    regards,
    Wei

    Hi Wei

    How are you today?

    I'm sorry for the delay here.

    I had a closer look on backup and made some test, after some time, it returns <empty response>, Seems the server is not having enough time or memory to execute the Managed Backup process.

    However, I'm escalating the ticket to our Second Line Support, note the Second Line Support deal with the more complex situation, and sometimes it can cause a delay in the response.

    For the ERROR 500 issue, we try to keep the different problems, in new threads, it can help another member having the same problem.

    Wouldn't you mind, please, open a new ticket for the https://www.rugby+++++.com/ issue?

    Hi Wei

    I'm glad to hear to have that the backup is working now.

    For the speed, I'm afraid that the problem seems to be I/O memory, so the second line support had to decrease the usage of the plugin to make it work better, I suggest you set up the scheduled backup, so you don't need to have the Manage backup tab opened while the plugin runs the backup.

    Best Regards,
    Patrick Freitas
