Managed backup not working.

I am having an issue with getting a backup setup on a new site that I have just taken over. I have installed the WPMU dashboard and Snapshot, and want to create a backup before I go through doing all the updates and upgrades.
However, I can’t get it to work from either the WordPress dashboard OR the hub. On the WP Dashboard, I get a notification that just says ‘General Error'. And on the hub, it just starts spinning the loading icon then refreshes the page.

Please help.

    Looks like this is a permission issue. The /wp-content/uploads/snapshot folder is not writeable.

    Though you are using managed backup, it will still create the backup on the local server and then transfer to our cloud. It seems, due to permission issue the local backup can't be created.

    So, would you please check and confirm that /wp-content/uploads/snapshot has write permission? If you are unsure, you can ask your host so that they can make the required changes for you.
