    Hi Travis,

    I hope you're well today and thank you for reaching out to us!

    I have added the following rules inside wp-config.php:

    define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 100);
    define('SNAPSHOT_TABLESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 500);
    define('SNAPSHOT_FORCE_ZIP_LIBRARY', 'pclzip');

    And ran a new Managed Backup, and it worked fine without any issue, and a backup got created. Please find the screenshot follows:

    Please check, and let us know if you have any further query regarding this. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Nebu John

    This worked great, but I’m running into the same issue on another site. I tried to copy the same settings and add them to wp-config, but it’s not helping. It’s still timing out. The other site is emmephotobooth.com.

    Hi Travis,

    Hope you are doing fine today. :slight_smile:

    This might need a site-specific tweak. Could you please grant support staff access for that site so that we could give a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

    Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Nebu John

    Hi Travis,

    I could see that support access is already granted. My apologies, I didn't realize that initially.

    Further, I ran a managed backup and was able to complete it successfully. Please find the screenshot follows:

    Also, I scheduled managed backups daily for now (you can change it later). Let's give it a go and see if a backup gets created properly. Don't make any changes to Snapshot settings for now and just wait 24 hours passes by, then check if the backup was created and let me know here.

    Kind Regards,

    Nebu John

    It worked on emmephotobooth.com. I’m having the same issue on a third site of Snapshot timing out for managed backups. I’m sorry I’m in the process of moving all my sites over from ManageWP.

    This third site is elitecasinoevents.com. I have enabled support access.

    Hi there,

    I was able to notice several directories with different WordPress installations in the 'public_html' folder. I added these directory names to Global File Exclusion here Snapshot > Settings > Global File Exclusions and ran a successful managed backup.

    Please consider taking separate backups for the other WordPress installations.

    Kind Regards,

    Nebu John
