    Hi Gareth,

    I tested further by excluding zip files, and some folders but the issue still exists could notice the request time out message even after tweaking the Snapshot defines in the wp-config.php file.

    I created a php.ini file and added that in the root directory but it didn't help with increasing the server resource. Could you please get in touch with your hosting provider, and ask to increase the server resource to the following defines, and then see whether it helps or not:

    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    memory_limit = 512M
    file_uploads = On
    max_execution_time = 1200

    Please check the following link if you are using cPanel to increase the above resources:
    https://www.name.com/support/articles/115010910907-Adjusting-PHP-INI-File-to-Increase-Size-Limit

    If you aren't sure, please bring this into your hosting provider, and ask to increase the server resources to the above on your website's behalf.

    Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin
