Managed backups are not working

Managed backups are not working in paul*******ment.com, it stucks on 0%. Already added these codes to the wp-config.php:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '3000M');
/* Snapshot Settings */
define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 10);
define('SNAPSHOT_TABLESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 100);
define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_USE_PRECACHE', true);
define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_LARGE_FILE_SIZE', 104857600); //100MB
define('SNAPSHOT_IGNORE_SYMLINKS',true);
define('SNAPSHOT_ATTEMPT_SYSTEM_BACKUP', true);
/* End of Snapshot Settings */

Also, excluded folders that have other sites and created by other backup plugins.

    Hello Noah
    The issue appears to be caused by not having sufficient storage for the backup. The site root directory is over 8GB in size.

    And less than 3GB is available for managed backup on the connected account.

    Since managed backup perform a full backup of the entire site, you will need to add additional storage to the account to backup the whole site. You could optionally delete old backups see if that give you more storage.
    Also, the server need to have enough storage available since Snapshot also stores partial files locally during the process before moving them to the Hub. And php max execution time can be updated to 300-500 from your server settings to help avoid backup failure.

    If still having issues after the above, let us know here and we will further look at that.

    Regards,
    Huberson
