    Hello Brian,

    Trust you are doing well today!

    Thank you for granting access to your site. I ran a managed backup on your site and got an <empty response> error.

    Would you please enable WordPress debugging by putting the following to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Please make sure that you insert this line BEFORE /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    Run the Managed Backup one more time, this way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Please save debug file as .txt file and attach it here so we can have a look at it.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Please see here:
    [21-Mar-2017 06:29:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/mradhoc/www/XXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/snapshot/lib/Snapshot/Helper/Zip/Archive.php on line 39
    [21-Mar-2017 07:29:18 Europe/Zurich] PHP Warning: Unknown: Cannot destroy the zip context in Unknown on line 0

    How much exec time do you need?
    Is the second warning important?

    Hey there WebSource,

    You can try with 300 for max_execution_time to be on the safe side, although 180 could work too.
    This can be done by editing your php.ini file via FTP and setting the following line
    max_execution_time = 300

    There's a detailed explanation on how to increase memory limits here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/increase-memory-limit/

    As for

    [21-Mar-2017 07:29:18 Europe/Zurich] PHP Warning: Unknown: Cannot destroy the zip context in Unknown on line 0

    It happens when the zip archive is empty which could be your case since no backup is made. If the snapshot is created successfully after fixing the other error this one will be gone by itself, so it's not a separate issue.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Best regards,
    Denitsa
