Managed Backups returns 405

Managed backups not running, return 405 error:

405 Not Allowed

nginx/1.12.2

After adding Snaphspt define lines the manabed worked but created a small file of 400kb:

if (!defined(‘SNAPSHOT_FORCE_ZIP_LIBRARY’:wink:) define(‘SNAPSHOT_FORCE_ZIP_LIBRARY’, ‘pclzip’:wink:;

if (!defined(‘SNAPSHOT_IGNORE_SYMLINKS’:wink:) define(‘SNAPSHOT_IGNORE_SYMLINKS’, true);

Error log returned warning:

Unable to perform requested system backup, proceeding with builtin

    Was this effective for you? If not, I’m afraid we’ll need to take a deeper look into your site and server to determine what’s causing Snapshot to fail.
