Manual Managed Backup not completing – Internal Server Error

Hi there!

I have just installed Snapshot Pro on our WordPress (4.7.1) multisite and tried to complete a manual Managed Backup. The process starts and reaches steps in the 50s (not sure which step exactly) before crashing out and giving me the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, @xxx.xxx">xxx@xxx.xxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I have clicked the “View your log file” link in the side bar but it just returns “Your log file is empty”. I’m not sure where else to check for logs/errors.

Also, not sure if this is related, but I can’t seem to complete a regular Snapshot. I have added a daily backup Snapshot which saves to an FTP location. The FTP details work fine, however when I click the “run now” link I get a “Item scheduled to run.” message but the backup never runs.
