As long as your main site is SSL then your other sites will be too. Your issue is with your SSL on your main site so forget the fact you have a multisite or forget the domain mapping plugin set up as that has no bearing on your problem if your main site doesn't work under SSL. Have you tried setting up your SSL to your main site again? Have you tried accessing your site from another browser too? Sometimes when you are playing around with these things they become cached in your browser & you find you think you have a problem when you haven't. Just a couple of things to bear in mind before you begin further diagnosing.

    Hello,

If I understand correctly, your problem is that the subsite if forcing HTTPS redirection but you want it to be accessed through HTTP.
if that's the case, can you check under Settings -> Domain Mapping -> Mapped domains under the network admin and see what protocol the mapped domain is using? if it says HTTPS or line striken http, click on the key icon under actions until it says http.

    Hey there,

I'm not sure the performance issue have something to do with domain mapping, have you tired disabling the plugin and seing if the site is any better?

For the https problem, can you take a look at both the Domain mapping settings page under network and the subsite domain mapping page ( under tools -> domain mapping ) ?

    Hey there kamarulpro,

hope you're doing good today!

Have you managed to resolve this?
Are you using any other plugin or rule in .htaccess file in order to force a https:// redirect for main domain? Please advise!

I've already moved this thread to our Support forums, could you please grant support access via WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin so I could have a better look inside?
