    Yes, I can see the issue on your site. But I have just tested on my site and it's working fine here. So, it looks like there is a conflict with any other plugin or theme on your site.

    Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except this one and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. You need to do the same with themes as well.

    Hi.

    We found the plugin conflict for MarketPress and have removed it. It works now.
    We are still having trouble with Membership 2 PRO not accepting new subscriptions. Error after entering name, address, etc. is:

    We've tried the plugin conflict test with this one and did not find any conflict. When we try using the default theme 2017, it does not show the subscription page details. Is there a way that you can find that error message in the Membership 2 PRO plugin and see where that might lead us please.

    I made some test on my site and I check your site.
    I also check our report system and there was an issue with "Profile Fields" addon in Membership plugin, but this bug is solved and you have currect version of Membership plugin:

    I see some differences between your and my register page, I implement your settings on my test site and I was not able to confirm this issue.

    What made me curious, during my test, are those mentioned differences - I mean different fields on this register page. Checking your plugin section I found this plugin you use "Cimy User Extra Fields" which add those extra fields to this form: Address, City, State, ZipCode.

    In this case please go to Membership -> Add-ons and disable "Profile Fields" add-on. This should fix this problem on your site :slight_smile:
