marketpress-includes/template-functions.php: re-position _mp_cart_table('checkout') for co

When you start styling checkout steps, you notice that "confirm-checkout" doesn't follow other steps' structure. Problem being that .mp_cart_contents is suddenly outside of any container, hanging on its own. Yet all other steps contain the information <table> within a <form>. I think this simple patch therefore makes sense and achieves full structural consistency. Drawbacks might be some shops' stylesheet possibly breaking a tiny bit, depending on how specifically it was styled for confirm-checkout.
