MarketPress plugin crashed website

Hello, I recently installed MarketPress to my WP site. After I configured the UPS API, I was logged out and was not able to log back in. My hosting service shows that the site is still up and I can still access my files through FTP. However, when I try to log in through the browser, it says the 'site can't be reached'. I'm trying to think of reasons as to how this could've happened. Is it because I had WooCommerce installed previously? Would appreciate any help. I've ran out of answers. Thank you!

    Hi Paolo,

    Since MarketPress and Woocommerce do pretty much the same thing they can't be activated side by side, but this certainly shouldn't be blocking access to backend of your site.

    Have you tried renaming MarketPress folder inside /wp-content/plugins/ folder so it gets deactivated to see if the backend is accessible after that?

    Also, to check if there are any errors can you enable debug log in your wp-config.php file (located in root WP folder) by replacing define('WP_DEBUG', false); with this code:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    Visit the admin page that breaks and this should create debug.log file in your wp-content folder that could tell us what is going on.
    Can you please save it as .txt file and attach it here so we can check it out.

    Best regards,
    Predrag
