marketpress still shows database update after it was done twice

I updated my clients site to the latest market press and it still shows MarketPress requires a database update to continue working correctly after its been done. i have granted access

    Could you please try to clear and deactivate all of your caches involving, and then go to this URL
    YOUR_DOMAIN.com/shop/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mp-db-update&force_upgrade=1
    and see if the notification is gone?
    If this has no effect, please try to deactivate all other plugins, revert to the default TwentySixteen theme and give the aforementioned URL another try.

    Hey there Tony,

    hope you're doing good!

    As far as I understand you haven't yet performed a theme/plugin conflict test, is that right?
    If your website is published with live traffic, then you may have to create a staging environment. This means an exact copy of your installation in the same server but in another location/folder and pointed to another domain.
    Another solution would be a simple "maintenance mode" via a plugin as long as you perform the test.
