Membership 2 did not import all Memberships

When we performed the upgrade from Membership to Membership 2, several of the users who had memberships in the old plugin lost their subscriptions in the upgrade. How do we re-import those old memberships?

    Hey Mike,

    Hope you're doing well today. If you go to:

    Membership 2 > Import. You will see the Membership (WPMU DEV) option there and you can preview the import. It looks like all the subscriptions you have in your database for M1 imported in.

    Did you have more than the subscriptions displayed? Or perhaps was it the access levels that you had applied to some other users that didn't come over? The access levels aren't brought over in the import so the protection settings need to be re-setup. If you would like to roll back to M1 temporarily to see what your settings looked like, you can deactivate and delete M2 then download the last version of M1 here:

    If you know it was the subscriptions and not the access levels then could you roll back to M1 and let us know so we can login to your site when you have M1 going, that way we can have a look at the subscriptions first hand.
