Membership 2 - No longer receiving email

I have the checkbox checked for each active Automated Email Response to send a copy of the message to the administrator. I used to get copied on them, but for the last month or two I haven't gotten them. I'm a little worried that my customers aren't getting them either, though I haven't heard any complaints yet. But either way, I need to be getting these emails, I count on them for reporting purposes and to follow up with clients that have billing issues. Nothing has changed from when they were working until now other than I've been keeping my plugins/themes/wordpress updated.
