Membership 2 PayPal issues

I'm was having an issue with payments in PayPal. I've had over 13 signups but nobody is able to pay. I've tested it myself using my credit card and this is what happens - http://take.ms/CxpBk
I tried reverting to Stripe to check if that works but the payment method wasn't changing and still redirecting to PayPal.

    I hope you are well today. I'll be following up with you regarding your chat.

    I've looked over your site and I'm seeing some issues with your configuration that may be causing the problems you're having.

    First, I'm seeing a number of plugins that perform some functions that could be causing issues with Membership 2. Specifically:

    Disable Users
    Page Restrict
    Simple Login Form
    Simple Registration Form
    WordPress Social Login

    Also, I see you are running SiteGround's SG Optimizer which is a caching plugin and can cause some issues once you perform changes on your site.

    There's a couple troubleshooting steps I'd like you to try to see if we can narrow down the cause of this problem.

    First, could you please run a plugin conflict test to eliminate the possibility of a conflict with another plugin?

    Whenever you perform a plugin conflict test, it's always better to do so on a staging site. You can learn how to create a staging site here.

    The simplest way to perform a plugin conflict test:
    * Login to your site via FTP
    * Navigate to wp-content
    * Rename the plugins folder to _plugins
    * Create a new plugins folder
    * Move the plugin folder (ex: membership) you want to test from _plugins to plugins
    * Then, one at a time, move other plugin folders over from _plugins to plugins until the symptom returns

    NOTE: While you are doing this, do not visit WP Admin -> Plugins on your site. This will ensure that your plugins remain active when you copy them back over.

    If that does not lead to a solution, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and provide us with the output of your debug.log file?

    To enable WP_DEBUG, change the following line in your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    To this:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    After you've visited the pages that are causing you problems, please go to wp-content/ on your server via FTP and download the debug.log file to your local computer. Then, open that file with a text editor like notepad (Windows), GEdit (Linux), or TextEdit (Mac). You can then save the file as a .txt file and upload it here as an attachment to your post.

    We did run a professional plugin conflict test and everything went smoothly.

    This is according to my developer:

    I did those basic. I have enabled debug and troubleshoot. I did by file manager plugin.

    i can't see any error. after going p--pl page, if you got error that is not the website problem. I think ppl problem.

    What are the next steps?

    Should I deactivate and reactivate the plugin? Why is the paypal still not working on the membership plugin? Are other people having similar problems?

    Hello Mingjie

    I have taken a look at your site and found some unusual things. Did you set any redirection from register page to account page? When I try to visit register page, it takes me to account page and I can see the registration form there.

    Also, selected account page doesn't have required shortcode. I have also found, just after flling the register form, it takes to paypal. So there is a force submission to paypal, doesn't matter if you enable stripe or 2CO.

    Now, would you please remove all the customization applied on M2 and then check again? If it works by then, then apply the changes one by one and find out which one is culprit here.
