    Hello Tim

Do you mean, the user registered yesterday for an one year membership and in the email is shows starting from March 9, instead of yesterday's date, right?

If so, would you please enable support access so that I can check? Please follow this article to enable support access: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Also, let me know the user ID of that specific user, so that we can check the transaction details.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for enabling support access. That's odd behaviour. I checked the WordPress dashboard, and the Memberships specific for the User ID 2025.

I don't see any registration for the user for the month of April. However, I could notice there have been memberships payments done by the User ID 2025 for the dates March 9, and 31st.

It's odd that the member managed to make double payments for March 9th, and 31st. The plugin is still picking up March 9th as it's a date.

I suppose the payments have reached the PayPal account without ayn issue? If yes, since it's a one-time finite payment, maybe you could cancel the membership, and manually add the member for the required dates. However, once the membership is expired, the member will have register again to the same membership if needed.

To ensure such anomalies doesn't occur with new registration please make sure to install the latest version of Membership 2 Pro. The current version you have installed is version 1.1.5. I'm attaching version 1.16 which has many fixes.

Would highly recommend you to update plugin via FTP. Please follow this article on how to update the plugin via FTP:

    Hi Tim,

It's because the plugin is no longer in active development and hence was removed from the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin.

Please check this link for more info for this decision:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wpmu-dev-legacy-plugins/
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/retiring-our-legacy-plugins/

You should find all the plugins in GitHub from now on:
    https://github.com/wpmudev/

Please run a manual update as mentioned in the previous reply, and check whether the latest update fixes the issue. Have a good day ahead.

    Regards,
    Nithin
