Membership 2 Pro Has Expired 3 Members Who Paid

Membership 2 Pro has expired 3 members who had already paid the fee for a monthly subscription. It sent them an automated email that said their membership was expired.

I can't figure out why this happened.

Support Access is on. Can somebody please login and check this ASAP? I don't want members irritated; one has already sent an email asking why they are expired after paying.
