A few of my members have had their paid memberships canceled suddenly, with no indication in the Membership plugin anywhere of any such cancellation.
The members themselves did not cancel their memberships, there are no members showing in the Canceled section of All Members, and no cancelation emails were sent either.
As well, the paid memberships are set to unlimited recurring payments, so it’s not due to having hit any payment limit.
There is no cache plugin activeon the site, and no cache enabled at the server level either.
Can you help track down what may have happened?
