[Membership 2 Pro] Transaction Logs Timing Out

    Hope you are doing well!

    I could not replicate the issue on my sandbox install. 500 internal server error usually shows up for one of two reasons, low site resources or a conflict with a plugin.

    Please try to increase PHP memory by editing wp-config.php file, add this line
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    If there is already a similar line added, please change the value from any number to 512M. Make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ .

    If the issue still persists, it is a conflict with another plugin or a theme. Run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Deactivate all other plugins, except Membership 2 and see if the error is gone. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.
