Membership and WP Awesome Support - Responsive Ticket System

Hi again

We get a strange thing when we use WP Awesome Support - Responsive Ticket System in combination with Membership. In WP Awesome Support it's possible to use a FAQ as base to answer the potential question that you put in the ticket subject. They use some sort of AJAX to list topics from the FAQ.

Our problem is when there are NO hits anymore. We get the PROTECTED page.

The fetched url (search for "can" with hits) is

And when we search for "can5" (no hits)

we get the PROTECTED page direct.

Any suggestions on this? We are using OTP on this page so if you want to access I need a valid e-mail address. The user that posts the tickets can't be admin.
