Membership Communication sends an expiring message for indefinite subscriptions!

I have an automatic e-mail set up for one day before a subscription expires, encouraging the member to renew and to take advantage of other free parts of the website.

HOWEVER, she has not purchased a subscription. She only has the free membership, which is an INDEFINITE subscription. So she should never get this e-mail. I'm concerned that others have received it and aren't returning to the site because they think their membership has somehow expired.
