Membership. Configuration of memberships media protection

Since I moved my site to https I have had some difficulties with memberhsips and the protections.
Now when logged in trying to access the masked url is just thinking and display list of posts.
If I use the correct url https://www..***//wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Att-anvanda-Ilska.pdf I get a 403

    Hi Cristina Krügnell

I'm sorry for the delay. Hope you are doing good today.

I made some test on my site to double checkeverything. But I cannot confirm this issue on my side.

If you use Advanced Media Protection option in Membership this doesn't allow direct access to PDF files. This works for both logged in/out members. So If you get 403 error when you type direct link to PDF file, that message is the correct. It means that "Advanced Media Protection" protect this file.

When I try to access your Add-ons section in Membership I cannot click on details link in "Media Protection" box and you site masked url file freeze my browser as you remember from chat. I consult this with our team and they was able on your site click on details in "Media Protection". We made some test there and I've already ask our Second Level Support guys to check this.

In meantime when I answer to you I see you answer in your second post here, that you solve the issue and this masked url works fine:
Can you share with us a solution or what settings you change there?

    Kind Regards,
