Membership Dashboard Problem

I just purchased the $19 one month/one plugin support package for Membership. I downloaded the dashboard. However, I accidentally signed in under a new user (not the account I had used to pay for it).

Now, under the dashboard, I'm considered a free member. I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to log out of the dashboard and log back in under my paid account.

Also, when I log in with my paid account does that upgrade my membership Lite to the premium one?
