Membership footer css/javascript generation for subscribe page

I've been doing some tinkering my single.php page to display the "Subscribe" page underneath my headline.

I've created my own method to check for a visitor or logged in subscriber and it works well. The problem I face is in PHP, when I attempt to include and render the subscribe page, it doesn't render the lovely (and very necessary!) CSS/Javascript code at the bottom that allows the buttons to "POP up".

For example, I'm pulling in my subscribe page like so:

$include = get_post(21);
$content_subscribe = apply_filters('the_content',$include->post_content);

What type of additional parameters do I need for the page to render the membership JS/CSS code
