Membership Plugin Charging a Canceled Member

Hello!

I have a specific member who cancelled his membership, but is still being charged on Authorize.net. I looked into Membership 2 and there is no longer any record of this member, as I personally deleted his membership and made sure his email/card information wasn’t connected to anyone else’s. However, on the first of each month, like clockwork, he continues to be charged, and is threatening to file a dispute. Please let us know what we should do – thanks.
