Membership Plugin Upgrading Subscription redirects me to Membership Home Page

I am having problems upgrading from one subscription to another, if I disable the maintenance mode plugin I still get the same result. When I try to upgrade a subscription I am simply redirected to the Member's Home page instead of a payment gateway. I have been through all the setup tutorials and my configurations but have had no luck on getting this resolved. I believe it may be in my setup or configuration of the Subscriptions.

I am currently setup with Basic, Bronze, Silver and Gold Subscriptions and Levels.

Basic Subscription is free and has access to limited parts of the site as determined by Basic Level setup.

Setup: Serial / 1 year period / Price $0 / Basic Level - No subsequent Membership levels setup

If a Basic Member wishes they may "upgrade" to Bronze, Silver or Gold Membership at any time during their membership.

Bronze Subscription is $19.95 and has access to limited parts of the site as determined by Bronze Level setup and has access to Basic level Functions as well.

Setup: Serial / 1 year period / Price $19.95 / Bronze Level - No subsequent Membership levels setup

If a Bronze Member wishes they may "upgrade" to Silver or Gold Membership at any time during their membership.

Silver Subscription is $97.00 and has access to limited parts of the site as determined by Silver Level setup and has access to Bronze level Functions as well.

Setup: Serial / 1 year period / Price $97.00 / Silver Level - No subsequent Membership levels setup

If a Silver Member wishes they may "upgrade" to Gold Membership at any time during their membership.

Gold Subscription is $197.00 and has access to limited parts of the site as determined by Gold Level setup and has access to Silver level Functions as well.

Setup: Serial / 1 year period / Price $197.00 / Gold Level - No subsequent Membership levels setup

Basically each successive level has more rights than the one previous to it. But I desire that the Member may "upgrade" to a higher level at any time during their membership. They might even choose to skip a level and go from say Basic directly to Gold. Or they could simply cancel their subscription in which case it remains active for one year and then expires.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for posting on the forum.

I am having problems upgrading from one subscription to another, if I disable the maintenance mode plugin I still get the same result. When I try to upgrade a subscription I am simply redirected to the Member's Home page instead of a payment gateway.

Could you please tell me which payment gateway you are using and in sandbox or live mode?

Are you facing this problem upgrading any subscription or any specific?

On what step are you getting redirected? On clicking the sign up button when registering?

I want to troubleshoot it on your site but as your site is behind the maintenance mode i can't troubleshoot it.

Would you mind if I logged in to your site and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just grant me temporary admin access to your site by clicking "Grant Access" button in the WPMU DEV Dashboard Settings as described on the following page and reply on this thread after granting it?

    Vinod to answer your questions,

Gateway - PayPal in Sandbox Mode

So far both upgrade from Basic to Bronze and from Bronze to Silver - I would assume that any upgrade path is not working as all test users report the same issue.
From 'Members Home' page { with both [renewform] & [accountform] shortcodes } I click the "Upgrade You Subscription" button and I am redirected to the 'Subscription Upgrade' page which is confusing in itself because it displays all subscriptions as available for upgrade and not just the higher level upgrades. But when I click any of the "Subscribe" buttons I get redirected back to the 'Member's Home' page when I should go to the "Register" page with [subscriptionform] which would allow me to upgrade and pay for my new subscription.

I have also enabled Support access and it is ACTIVE until 2014/10/09 11:15 am.

    Thanks
    Greg

    Hi there @Greg,

Hope you're well today and thanks for granting access!

I've just checked and in membership > options > membership pages, you have the account and subscriptions page set to the same page.

They should be set to different pages this will then work as expected.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.
