Membership Pro 2 Cancellation Notices Not Being Sent

All other emails seem to work fine, but when I cancel a test member or one actually cancels, no notice is sent. Nothing in the logs and nothing received. I use Postman SMTP so I know what is sent. It's only this one email. The New Subscriber one and new WP user to admin works as expected.

30 minutes later:

They just arrived. Took much longer than the New Enrollment emails.

    Membership 2 sends out emails in batches instead of sending the emails right away. It also depends upon your settings in Membership 2 > Settings > Automated Email Responses > Subscription Cancelled > Message Delay.

    Also, make sure you don't have any specific automated email responses settings for specific membership. You can see this from Membership > Edit > Automated Email Responses > Subscription Cancelled > Message Delay.

    Also, some times your server does not sends out the emails right away. So there can be delay from server end too.

    If you could grant support staff access so I can take a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access or see this manual.
