Membership Pro 2 is marking my customers inactive AGAIN!

Once again, my members are marked inactive on their anniversary and not being returned to active status. This time the expire date is updated but the status is not. They cannot access and I have to manually enable them. When, please, when will these problems finally be resolved? This software is so incredibly unstable and unreliable. It’s cost me thousands to date in lost customers and I really want to just go away but I still have not found a way to export my members, not to mention they are going to lose their minds when yet another big system issue occurs. It’s been non stop for years. I just don’t know what to do anymore. You are killing my business.
