Membership Pro - Upgrading between subscription plans

Hi,
We have three subscription plans, and all have a monthly and yearly option.
If a user is on the Plan 1 (Monthly) and want's to upgrade to Plan 2 (Monthly) That works just fine.

However, if they want to upgrade from Plan 1 (Monthly) to Plan 1 (Annual) the option is not available.

Please advise how to fix this.

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    As far as I am aware of there is no upgrade option in Membership 2 out of the box. Users can only cancel their subscription from one membership and subscribe for other membership separately or both if you have Multiple Membership add-on enabled.

    I am sorry but I am unable to see any thing on second URL but "You are not currently logged in. Please login to view your subscriptions."

    Could you please grant support staff access so I can take a closer look. To grant support staff access go to WPMUDEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access or see this manual.
