Membership Sign up url instead of shortcode

Hello,

I want to use a pricing table for people to sign up to my memberships.

How can I get the URL for each level for visitors to sign up?

The pricing table plugins accepts url and not shortcodes.

Please let me know.

Thanks

    HI Predag,

    That worked well thanks.

    However the format of the registration page is completely off.

    See the screenshot attached.

    How can make this page appear in sync with the overall website design?

    Thanks for all your help.

    Hi Chris,

    I hope you are having a good day :slight_smile:

    We are glad to know that it worked.

    To make it's appearance with the website, I suggest you to first wrap the shortcode inside <div class="et_pb_row">, and make it like following.

    <div class="et_pb_row">
    {shortcode}
    </div>

    For Register My Account button, add following CSS into your theme or you can simply use Simple Custom CSS plugin for that.

    .et_pb_row .ms-membership-form-wrapper .wpmui-submit {
        display: inline-block;
        margin: 0 0 0 15px;
        font-family: inherit;
        cursor: pointer;
        position: relative;
        padding: 0.3em 1em;
        border: 2px solid;
        -webkit-border-radius: 3px;
        -moz-border-radius: 3px;
        border-radius: 3px;
        background: transparent;
        font-size: 20px;
        font-weight: 500;
        line-height: 1.7em !important;
        -webkit-transition: all 0.2s;
        -moz-transition: all 0.2s;
        transition: all 0.2s;
        color: #2ea3f2;
    }

    .et_pb_row .ms-membership-form-wrapper .wpmui-submit:hover {
        background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05);
        padding: 0.3em 2em 0.3em 1em;
        border: 2px solid transparent;
    }

    Let us know if you need any assistance or find any issue.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hello Chris!

    I think the code below should work for you. It's a slightly modified CSS suggested by George with some additional rules include. You may apply it to your site via Simple Custom CSS plugin and it doesn't require making any changes to page templates and/or adding any wrappers.

    .ms-membership-form-wrapper {
    	display:block;
    	width:80%;
    	margin:0 auto;
    	padding:4em 0;
    }

    .ms-membership-form-wrapper .wpmui-submit {
        display: inline-block;
        margin: 0 0 0 15px;
        font-family: inherit;
        cursor: pointer;
        position: relative;
        padding: 0.3em 1em;
        border: 2px solid;
        -webkit-border-radius: 3px;
        -moz-border-radius: 3px;
        border-radius: 3px;
        background: transparent;
        font-size: 20px;
        font-weight: 500;
        line-height: 1.7em !important;
        -webkit-transition: all 0.2s;
        -moz-transition: all 0.2s;
        transition: all 0.2s;
        color: #2ea3f2;
    }

     .ms-membership-form-wrapper .wpmui-submit:hover {
        background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05);
        padding: 0.3em 2em 0.3em 1em;
        border: 2px solid transparent;
    }

    .ms-membership-form-wrapper .wpmui-link {
    	display:block;
    	margin:1em;
    }

    Give it a try please and let me know what do you think about it.

    Best regards,
    Adam
