Hi, I have Membership2 Pro version and automated e-mails associated with new subscriptions are not being sent, despite being configured to do so.

This isn't an issue with e-mails. I am using an SMTP plugin and it has been tested and working fully. This is not a generic issue with all automated e-mails since the new user registration e-mail works perfectly, this is an issue with new subscription confirmation e-mails not being sent.

The "Subscription - Completed with payment" automated e-mail response is enabled. I have disabled it and re-enabled it, just in case this helped - but it didn't make any difference.

I am not in debug mode.

I recently updated to the latest version, this might be relevant since it used to work perfectly prior to the update.
