Memberships showing payment but expiring

I have two users that are showing their monthly recurring memberships as "expired". For whatever reason (didn't know this was possible, either), instead of letting their memberships auto recur in PayPal, they paid manually. So now they each have duplicate recurring records in PayPal. That is a problem in itself-

In Membership2 each show the payment for this month completed if I click on the actual payment. Amounts are correct and everything good there, but their membership is shown as expired and if I check the details there it's not linking up.

I've granted support access. Please let me know what else is needed. I've given each user a free membership for now. One of the usernames is:
rjharper9

Thanks,
Tim

    Hello @Tim

    Welcome to WPMU community!

I hope you are well today and thanks for asking the question.

Like your previous question, would you please post a screenshot where you see expired membership? Also, in spite of showing expired, does he has access to the content?

    Cheers

    Hi Ash,

I've included some screenshots. Neither user has access to any content (I granted them a yearly membership until we figure this out). The weird part is that now I have two recurring payment records in PayPal. I'm looking into that, but they might have two monthly charges now instead of one, so I'll have to cancel one in Paypal.

You'll notice one has an expiration date in July but it's marked as expired. The other paid just two days ago, but the expiration date is not correct on him. Confusing!

    Thanks,
    Tim

    Hello @Timothy

I hope you are well today.

About the first screenshot, does it happen for lots of user or only for him?

For the user - rjharper9, did you get payment from him in your paypal?

And would you please enable support access again?

    Cheers
    Ash
