I have two users that are showing their monthly recurring memberships as “expired”. For whatever reason (didn’t know this was possible, either), instead of letting their memberships auto recur in PayPal, they paid manually. So now they each have duplicate recurring records in PayPal. That is a problem in itself-
In Membership2 each show the payment for this month completed if I click on the actual payment. Amounts are correct and everything good there, but their membership is shown as expired and if I check the details there it’s not linking up.
I’ve granted support access. Please let me know what else is needed. I’ve given each user a free membership for now. One of the usernames is:
