Menu Not Showing In Admin As Per Settings


Support access is granted and once logged in as me you will be able to visit the User List and switch to either a hub admin or volunteer coordinator to test as I have a User Switching plugin installed.

The admin bar has some links sent up on it but Managers Dashboard link only shows for admin despite both other roles being checked to see this item.

Can you advise please?

    I'm sorry to hear you have this issue.

    At the current time you are using the User Role Editor plugin, I'am not familiar with plugin. I guess the issue is with the user's roles. All though the roles are selected in the Admin Bar menu.

    Please try to add New Parent Menu from your Dashboard -> Branding -> Admin Bar, and create same settings as a Managers Dashboard menu. Maybe this will fix the issue.

    If not, please email the User Role Editor plugin to us directly to So we could troubleshoot on a different install and check for a conflict.
