Message that transaction went through although it didn't

Hi, I did a live purchase of a product and received this message...
"Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business.... Please come back often to check out our new products.

You may track the latest status of your order(s) here:"

But
No product shows as receiving a chained payment for the super admin,
No payment shows as being received by the sub site
No email is sent to the buyer's email address. I waited hours and did it several times.

I am using live mode in marketpress store
chained payments is checked off in network and sub admin settings
I am using live email address, api details and also transaction id.
Paypal accounts are verified for Super admin and admin.

Suggestions?

    Hi, good question Tim, when I go through the process I can put the item in my cart, enter my credit card detail but I never head over to paypal. Once I confirm my details I get a message about tracking my order but no order is every processed.

    Just going through some of my older threads and saw I missed this one. Sorry.

    Hmm. Something wrong there then, you should either get an error or be sent though.

    Can I check you have all the all the appropriate details with the network admin area if using chained payments.

    Admin --> Network Admin --> Network Admin --> MarketPress

    And the shops paypal details within the shops admin area:

    Admin --> Products --> Settings

    PayPal Chained Payments> All Can Use
    All paypal settings entered..PayPal Email Address, PayPal API Credentials issued by Paypal and in live mode. API Username, API Password, Signature,Application ID all entered.

    And the shops paypal details within the shops admin area:
