Messages sent via the contact form on a job have no link back to the Job.

Hi,

I have the messaging add-on enabled.

When a user uses the contact form to reply to a job a message (and email notification) is triggered to the job owner.

However, this message (onsite and in the email) has no record of the job it has been sent from.

Messages from jobs need some type of automatic link back to the job to make the system functional. Otherwise users are guessing which job each message relates to.

Can you please advise a solution for this.

    Hi Again,

    I have just tested this out with the message addon (from within Jobs&Experts disabled and it shows this when a message is sent:

    Hi [job owner name] , you have received a message from

    Name: [manually entered name]
    Email: [manually entered email]
    Message:

    [message shows here]

    Job link: [this displays a correctly formatted link to the job]

    END

    (the edit form for this email is contained in: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=jbp_job&page=jobs-plus-menu&tab=job . It reads

    Hi TO_NAME, you have received a message from

    Name: FROM_NAME
    Email: FROM_EMAIL
    Message:

    FROM_MESSAGE

    Job link: POST_LINK

    The message version of this needs an equivalent edit page and a POST_LINK to be added back to the job.
