Migration from one host to another.

What is the best way I can migrate my WP from one host to another... Also what happen to the online chat feature...

    Hope you are doing good today.

    We disabled chat feature during the Christmas Holidays. We will re-open chat as soon our live chat staff will be back from Holidays.

    As for the main question I can recommend your Snapshot plugin:
    which not only makes backup copies but also allows you to restore them, also on another servers.

    After you install Snapshot here is some steps to migrate your WP from one host to another:

    1. At first, create a Managed Backup in Snapshot.
    2. Then go to your Hub, click on the source site domain, go to Backup tab. There you will see your managed backups listed.
    3. Beside the listings, there will be a blue cloud download icon.

    4. Clicking that will give you option to download two files.
    A) One - Backup Zip File
    B) Two - snapshot-installer.php file
    5. Download them both.

    6. Then upload both to your target site root directory.
    7. Create a clean database at your target site hosting.
    8. Then go to "https://ENTER_SITE_URL.com/snapshot-installer.php "
    9. Then you will see options to restore the backup.
    10. Follow the instructions and then you will be done.

    Could you try to do the following:
    1. Go to the Snapshot -> Managed Backups and click on "Activate Managed Backups" button.
    2. Click on "Get My Key" button in the appeared pop-up. This should open a new tab with you Snapshot key information.
    3. Copy your key

    4. Back to the previous tab, insert the key and click "Save Key"

    Let us know at which point you faced with issues. Also, if you got any error messages, kindly, please send us this message with your next reply.

    If you still have issues, just to make sure no other plugin is causing this, can you please do a plugin conflict test? To know more about plugin conflict test, you can check this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    Unfortunately, I can't login to your site using support access, I got the following error:
    Access denied.

    Could you try to go to WPMU DEV -> Support and revoke support access and then grant it again. Let us know once you'll do it.

    We still see a message:
    Access denied. when we trying access your site. Do you use any security plugin, if so can you disable that plugin.

    Did you try plugin conflict as Katya Tsihotska mentioned here:

    Also please try Katya Tsihotska solution but this time in step 3 use "RESET SNAPSHOT KEY" and then follow next steps.
