Minification conflict with Optima Express and Houzez

Minification scan is stuck on 12% with 500 Internal Server error on browser console.

Plugin conflict was performed and it pointed to two plugins:

Optima Express

Houzez Theme – Functionality

When one of them is enabled – Minification scan stops working.

Debug mode is enabled, but debug.log was not created.

    We reported that to SLS team and they are working on it. Please keep that in mind; our developers and SLS work on lots of complicated issues, so it may take a little while for them to check this and release/provide a fix. I appreciate your patience!

    I'm sorry to say but we still don't have an update from the Second Level Support team but please be assured that they are working on it. Updates from the SLS team or Developers might take a bit longer time compared to the general Support Staff as they replicate the issue, run extensive tests and try to fix the issue (if possible).

    I don't see the top bar and can't edit page

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue on your site. I could see the top bar just fine. Here's a screenshot for reference:

    There's a CSS rule that hides admin bar in this specific page.

    Feel free to remove it and you should be good! :slight_smile:

    About the Hummingbird Minification issue,

    I just checked the FTP credentials, but i see it’s maybe wrong site credentials or maybe some server side cache is enabled.

    If you have enabled some server side cache, please disable it for sometime.

    But in case it is wrong site credentials, please send the right site credentials through our secure contact form:

    Why I’m saying this?

    Because, I see in the plugin dashboard ( Dashboard->Appearance->Plugins ), there are total 17 plugins. But in FTP when I check the plugins folder, I see there are 15 plugins, how is it possible? What i know, It is possible maybe when the FTP credentials are for another site, or there are some server side cache is enable.

    Anyway, I have tried to replicate the issue in my local site, but i can’t, so now i need to clone your site in my local site, to clone the site I need a PHP “ZipArchive” module enabled on your site. Please contact to your host to enable it for you!
