This is not a complaint or problem! It is just something I noticed. First, love the new Hummingbird plugin (left a very positive comment on the blog posting!).
In the process of verifying the additions to .htaccess, I noticed that the entries for the Caching section added have standard Windows line endings. The Compressing section has the "normal" Linux line endings. (See screenshot attached) No biggie, but on Linux boxes where I use vi (yes, vi!) they show up. Again, no biggie. Is it possible in the updating process that Hummingbird uses to check the line endings in use and update with the same kind? Answering no is fine :grinning:
Thanks and keep up the great work! Off to add Hummingbird to all my WP sites!
